Yes. Every bag is carefully authenticated before being listed on our website. Your receipt will also confirm that the item has been authenticated by us. We also offer a money back guarantee if the product is found to be inauthentic within the first week of purchase.

If you require additional third-party authentication certification, this can be requested for an additional cost.

Every bag is carefully inspected and honestly graded: Excellent, Very Good, Good, or Lovingly Used. We photograph each piece exactly as found, including any signs of wear, so what you see is exactly what you get.

Yes, we offer complimentary delivery across all seven Emirates. Orders are typically delivered within 2–4 working days. Need it sooner? Get in touch with us, and we’ll be happy to arrange same day or next day delivery whenever possible.

Yes! Shipping fees vary depending on the destination and will be shared with you at the check out. Just send us a message on WhatsApp for further inquiries.

We accept returns on selective items. We have a  1 day Return Policy, which means all return requests, if eligible, must be raised within 1 day of receiving the delivery.

DesignDrobe shall be responsible for return collection, and the refund is processed within maximum of 2 days after the item is received and passes the quality check.

NOTE: Damaged items are non refundable and do not qualify for returns. If the product is eligible for return, the condition must remain the same as once received

Yes! We offer installment payments through Tamara, which you can select directly at checkout. If you prefer Tabby, please contact our team to receive a secure payment link. Additional charges apply to the Tabby option only.

Absolutely Consignment is at the heart of what we do. Send us photos of your bag, we'll authenticate and value it, then handle the styling, listing and sale for you. You're paid once it finds a new home.

We get it! Your style evolves. If you purchased your bag from DesignDrobe, you can consign it back with us or exchange it for another piece after 6–12 months (subject to its condition) You can also consign designer bags you already own, even if they weren’t purchased from DesignDrobe.
